Basic Rules:

NO HARASSING OTHER PLAYERS
RP Rules:
FAIL RP: Engaging in an action that would be improbable or doesn’t make sense in an rp setting or real life. For example: Getting shot and once revived by EMS you get up and run like nothing happened.
POWERGAMING: Engaging in an action that only allows you to win the scenario and gives nobody else a chance to rp. For example: Trying to force someone to perma, possibly through /me’s that would be an injury they would never recover from.
METAGAMING: Using knowledge that you know by out of character means while in game. If your character has not seen/heard of it personally then they should not know about it.
VDM: Using a vehicle to kill someone, do not do this.
RDM: Randomly killing someone with no rp involved, there must be some sort of initiation involved with killing someone. If you try to work your way around this rule and kill someone with minimal interaction, the same rule applies.
NLR: In the event that your character dies you will not remember what led up to their death and will wake up at the hospital with a headache. Your character “dies” when you have to respawn and are not revived by EMS.
STEAM/DISCORD NAME: Please make sure that they are appropriate, if not you will be warned, the second offense will be a 24 hour ban, and so forth.
BREAKING CHARACTER: Do not break character under any circumstances, no matter what happens roll with it. If it is an issue we should know as staff please make a ticket instead of breaking character and attempting to deal with it yourself.
FEAR RP: You must value your character's life like it is their own, if you have a gun to your head do not try to run and obey the orders of whoever has the gun to your head.
DO NOT USE 3RD PARTY COMMS: Only use the comms that are provided in rp, for example radios and phones. Using other services such as discord while in the city are prohibited.
DO NOT ROB AND KILL: You can only choose one when interacting with a player. You may either rob or kill them, not both.
NO SUICIDE RP
Green Zones:
Green zones are places that are off limits for crime and pvp, the green zones we have are:
SPAWN
CLOTHING STORES
HOSPITAL
INSIDE APARTMENTS
Injury Rp:
You must rp injuries accurately how they would be handled irl. If you get shot, run over, fall off a building, etc you must rp those injuries. If you just got shot up you would not come out of the hospital right away and be ready to go back out on the town with no injuries whatsoever. You need to rp recovering out those injuries in what seems like a realistic way.
Rping your injuries in this way will be rewarding for you in the long run, you will see that it will bring you a lot more rp and will give you more stepping stones along the path of your character’s development.
RP Not To Do’s:
DO NOT INTERJECT YOURSELF INTO SOMEONES RP
REMEMBER WE ARE PLAYING A CHARACTER, YOU SHOULD NOT BE RPING SOMEONE THAT IS THE EXACT SAME AS YOU
DO NOT GET ANGRY AT PEOPLE IN GAME ABOUT THINGS, REMEMBER WE ARE SUPPOSED TO BE RPING A CHARACTER SO REACT HOW THEY WOULD. IF YOUR CHARACTER WOULD BE MAD RP BEING MAD BUT DO NOT LET OOC EMOTIONS AFFECT YOU
DO NOT KILL SOMEONE TO INTIMIDATE THEM, IF YOU KILL SOMEONE AND DUMP THEM AS A MEANS TO INTIMIDATE THEM. THEN THAT IS THE WRONG WAY TO RP. YOU SHOULD BE KIDNAPPING THEM AND TORTURING/THREATENING THEM ABOUT REPERCUSSIONS FOR THEIR ACTIONS. DUMPING SOMEONE MEANS THEY CANT REMEMBER SO DON’T DO IT IF YOUR GOAL IS TO INTIMIDATE OR INFLUENCE THEIR ACTIONS
LOW EFFORT ROLEPLAY - PUT EFFORT INTO YOUR RP, DO NOT DO THINGS JUST TO TROLL
THERE WILL BE NO TALK OF “COUSINS” OR ANYTHING REFERRING TO ANOTHER CHARACTER OF YOURS OR SOMEONE ELSE’S. EVERY CHARACTER IS DIFFERENT AND USING WHAT YOUR COUSIN KNOWS IS CONSIDERED METAGAMING.
DO NOT JUST KILL EACH OTHER FOR NO REASON BEFORE TSUNAMI
Cops/Ems:
YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ROB COPS (But you can rob cop ID’s), but you are allowed to steal cop cars if there is an rp reason DO NOT ROB AND KILL
EMS are not to have vehicles stolen from them, or be robbed, or killed
NO COP BAITING
Gang/Business/Org:
12 able to be in the city and up to 8 per scene. 12 max per group.
CRIME
DO NOT TALK SHIT TO PEOPLE THAT YOU DOWN (that is what Call of Duty is for)
DO NOT INTERFERE IN OTHER PEOPLE’S CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES, THAT IS THEIR SCENE
HOSTAGES CAN NOT BE YOUR FRIENDS
DO NOT commit any crime 30 minutes before tsunami, it doesn’t give enough time for the rp scenario to take place and allow cops to respond
